自移式防渗室外配电柜研究

  • 摘要: 自移式防渗室外配电柜是具备可以移动的配电柜,介绍了对自移式防渗室外配电柜几点技术的改进,自移式防渗室外配电柜,通过采用固定板、螺丝、固定杆、连接杆、阀座、把手、橡胶层和移动轮的组合的设置,解决现有的配电柜的体积比较大、比较重,在对配电柜移动时需要工作人员手动搬运的问题;自移式防渗室外配电柜,通过采用连接板、支撑杆、支撑柱、防水板和、防雨棚的组合设置,解决了雨水天气时,导致配电柜内部元件受潮,引发短路,甚至漏电的问题;自移式防渗室外配电柜,通过采用支撑板、电动升降柱、移动板和锯齿的组合设置,大大地提高了配电柜的稳定性。并提出了具体实施方案,保证配电箱安全使用的效果。

     

    Abstract: Self moving anti-seepage outdoor power distribution cabinet is a movable distribution cabinet. The utility model solves the problem that the existing distribution cabinet is difficult to carry manually due to its large volume and weight. In addition, it can solve the problem of continuous impact of rainwater on the distribution box when it rains, making it easy for rainwater to penetrate into the interior from the top gap of the distribution box, resulting in moisture in the internal components of the distribution cabinet and short circuit, so as to protect the distribution box from rainwater erosion and ensure the safe use of the distribution box.
