Abstract: Image recognition technology is one of the typical application scenarios of artificial intelligence in the field of electric power production technology, and it is of great significance to carry out the research and application of image recognition technology in substation intelligent inspection to promote the construction of substation intelligent station. This paper firstly elaborates the image recognition process and image recognition method, then introduces the application of image recognition technology in substation intelligent inspection and comparative analysis of various types of image recognition methods; finally, it discusses the shortage and development trend of image recognition technology in substation intelligent inspection.
