Abstract: Dispatching telephone is a main form and important means for distribution network dispatching organization to organize, direct and coordinate the operation and fault disposal of distribution network. However, with the construction and development of power grid, as well as the improvement of power grid management level, the amount of dispatch ing business and information increases sharply, so the traditional dispatching telephone system is difficult to meet the work needs. This paper studies a new dispatching intelligent telephone command platform, which integrates the functions of traditional dispatching telephone system and distribution network OMS by digital means. The platform mainly realizes the functions of dispatching object qualification management, dispatching telephone and dispatching event intelligent association and visual display, call intelligent partition push, dispatching telephone IVR, call queuing number and so on.
