一起合并单元异常大数引起220 kV保护误动事件与防范

A Protection False Action Analysis and Preventive Measures Caused by Abnormal Large Number of Merging Unit

  • 摘要: 220 kV智能变电站所有电流、电压采样数据均通过合并单元获取,一旦合并单元异常将导致保护误动、拒动等问题。分析了一起220 kV主变保护中压侧合并单元异常大数致保护误动事件,测试发现双AD异常大数是由包含不同AD芯片逻辑单元(LE)的公共逻辑阵列块(LAB)失效引起单粒子翻转造成,并提出优化LE分配、增加冗余处理和异常检测、采样元器件双重化3点整改措施。

     

    Abstract: All current and voltage sampling data of 220 kV smart substation are obtained by merging unit. Once the merging unit is abnormal, protection misoperation and rejection will be caused. In this paper, a protection false action caused by abnormal large number of merging unit on voltage side of 220 kV main transformer protection is analyzed. The test shows that abnormal large number of double AD is caused by single event upset of logical array block (LAB) failing which Including logic element of Different AD chips. And three corrective measures are proposed, which are optimizing logic element distribution, dual sampling components, increasing redundant processing and anomaly detection.
