基于分布式光伏的低压配网“低电压”治理

Low Node Voltage Management of Low Voltage Distribution Network Based on Distributed Photovoltaic

  • 摘要: 目前我国农村经济飞速发展,同时农村电网负荷也呈快速增长趋势,给更新滞后的输电线路和变压器等设备带来巨大冲击,导致配电线路末端“低电压”问题日益严重。针对该问题,结合农村大力发展分布式光伏发电的现状,文章提出基于分布式光伏解决低压配电网的“低电压”问题的方法,针对开环运行的辐射式电网结构,建立以总电压偏差最小为目标,采用粒子群优化算法,调用潮流计算程序,逐次迭代,寻找光伏系统并网的最优接入位置和最优出力,以此验证利用光伏解决“低电压”问题是否合理有效。

     

    Abstract: At present, with the rapid development of China's rural economy, the rural power grid load also shows a rapid growth trend, which has a huge impact on the renewal of lagging transmission lines, transformers and other equipment, resulting in the increasingly serious problem of low node voltage at the end of distribution lines. In view of this problem, combined with the current situation of vigorously developing distributed photovoltaic power generation in rural areas, this paper proposes a method to solve the low node voltage problem of low-voltage distribution network based on distributed photovoltaic. For the open-loop radial power grid structure, it is established to minimize the total voltage deviation, adopt the particle swarm optimization algorithm, call the power flow calculation program, and iterate step by step to find the optimal access location and optimal output of photovoltaic system grid connection, In order to verify whether the use of photovoltaic to solve the problem of low node voltage is reasonable and effective.
