农村户用光伏储能容量配置研究

Study on Photovoltaic Energy Storage Capacity Allocation for Rural Households

  • 摘要: “十四五”期间,光伏等清洁能源将在农村迎来大规模发展,但其波动性强、可控性差,且未配置储能时,不能作为可靠电源参与电力平衡。因此,光伏与灵活性强、稳定性高的储能相结合是大势所趋。该文首先以陕西咸阳彩虹光伏电站历史数据为例,基于麻雀优化模型预测四季不同天气下的光伏发电量,然后选择长短时记忆神经网络对该地区负荷进行不同时间尺度预测,最后,为使光伏消纳最大化,根据光伏发电量与负荷需求量的差值变化,提出4种储能配置方案,结果表明,储能配置方案可提高光伏消纳及供电可靠性。

     

    Abstract: During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, photovoltaic and other clean energy will be in the countryside for large-scale development, but its volatility is strong, poor controllability, and not configured energy storage, not as a reliable power supply in electricity. Therefore, PV combined with flexibility, stability, high energy storage is the trend of the times. Firstly, This paper with the Shanxi Xian yang rainbow of photovoltaic power station history data as an example, based on the sparrow optimization model under different weather forecast the four seasons of photovoltaic power generation, then select the length of memory neural network in the region load forecasts on different time scales, Finally, to maximize the PV given that vary according to the difference of the photovoltaic power generation and load demand, put forward four kinds of energy storage configuration scheme, the results show that the energy storage can improve the PV given and the power supply reliability.
