Abstract: The formulation of comprehensive energy transaction contract is an important link of comprehensive energy business. Through the investigation on the current situation of the formulation of comprehensive energy transaction contract, aiming at the contradiction between the limitations of manual statistical analysis and the requirements for efficient and accurate processing of a large number of data items, the comprehensive energy business contract management plugin is developed and programmed by using computer language (Visual Basic for Applications, VBA). In practical use, it can reduce the workload of basic stuff in formulating contract text, effectively reduce the error rate while improving work efficiency, optimize power marketing working methods, and play an auxiliary role in the formulation of comprehensive energy transaction contract.
