一起500 kV线路及母线跳闸事件的分析

  • 摘要: 分析了一起500 kV线路及母线跳闸的事件。经过对一二次设备的检查和分析,确定跳闸事件由开关故障引起,分析了整个跳闸发展的过程。在返厂解体进一步检查中发现故障开关存在合闸电阻动触头座导向环装配不到位、合闸电阻装配不良的问题,导致导向环、合闸电阻碎裂引发电场畸变而发生气隙放电,引起跳闸。该事件暴露出厂家在产品质量管控上存在严重不足,同时提醒我们在设备管理的各个环节都应做到严谨、细致,避免再次发生此类事件。

     

    Abstract: This paper analyzes an event of 500 kV line and bus trip. Through the inspection and analysis of primary and secondary equipment, it is determined that the tripping event is caused by switch fault, and the whole tripping development process is analyzed. During the further inspection after returning to the factory, it was found that the fault switch had the problems of inadequate assembly of the guide ring of the moving contact base of the closing resistance and poor assembly of the closing resistance, resulting in the fragmentation of the guide ring and the closing resistance, resulting in electric field distortion, air gap discharge and tripping. The incident exposed the serious deficiencies of the manufacturer in product quality control, and reminded us to be rigorous and meticulous in all links of equipment management to avoid such incidents again.
