架空输电线路风灾倒塔案例及北京地区全绝缘抢修塔应用分析

Case Study of Overhead Transmission Line Tower Collapse Due to Wind Disaster and Application Analysis of Fully Insulated Emergency Repair Tower in Beijing

  • 摘要: 根据河北邯郸出现的短时恶劣天气联想到北京地区可能存在风灾倒塔的隐患,通过理论分析和方案论证,指出了全绝缘抢修塔在北京地区的应用分析,具体介绍了应急准备情况全绝缘抢修塔、应急流程,场地、杆塔的抢修条件,提出了500 kV杆塔无法使用全绝缘抢修塔、深山区地型无法使用全绝缘抢修塔等问题,提出了关于抢修和材料储备等建议措施。

     

    Abstract: According to the short-term bad weather in Handan, Hebei Province, it is thought that there may be a hidden danger of wind disaster toppling the tower in Beijing. Through theoretical analysis and scheme demonstration, the application of fully insulated emergency repair tower in Beijing is introduced. This paper introduces the emergency preparation, all insulated emergency repair tower, emergency process, and the emergency repair conditions of site and tower. It is proposed that the 500 kV tower can not use the fully insulated emergency repair tower, and the ground type in deep mountain area can not use the fully insulated emergency repair tower. Suggestions and measures on emergency repair and material storage are put forward.
