农网配电开关零序电流采集异常分析及零序保护整定计算方法应用

  • 摘要: 通过零序电流采样异常的分析,反应出客户产权的分界开关在功能上配置不合理,选取简易的“合成零序”保护作为接地故障的主保护,将增加保护的误动概率。大量的现场实例证明采用“独立零序TA”配置的分界开关,能精确的采集微小的零序电流(俗称电容电流),有利于零序电流保护准确整定计算,能确保正确动作率达100%,且零序电流保护整定计算方法对配网人员现场快速整定计算具有一定的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: Through the analysis of the abnormal sampling of zero sequence current, it is reflected that the boundary switch of customer property right is not configured reasonably in function. Selecting the simple "synthetic zero sequence" protection as the main protection of grounding fault will increase the false alarm rate of protection. A large number of field examples show that the boundary switch with"independent zero sequence CT"configuration can accurately collect small zero sequence current (commonly known as capacitive current), which is conducive to the accurate setting calculation of zero sequence current protection, and can ensure that the correct action rate reaches 100%, and the setting calculation method of zero sequence current protection has certain guiding significance for the on-site rapid setting calculation of distribution network personnel.
