“低电压”问题成因分析及措施制定系统的设计

  • 摘要: 农网“低电压”问题成因复杂,涉及中压线路、配变运行状况、低压内部接线等多方面问题。为有效提升工作人员对农网“低电压”问题的精准分析及制定有效地解决措施,文章通过设计“低电压”问题成因分析及措施制定系统,明确了分析系统所涉及相关数据的采集平台,设计了各类问题的判断依据及相关算法。依据电网设备结构,从中压线路层面、配变运行层面、台区内部接线层面制定了自助分析判断的流程与执行步骤,为系统分析算法实现提供了理论技术逻辑。文章根据各类因素所导致的“低电压”问题成因,制定出精准有效地解决措施,并以具体实例介绍了分析系统上线运行后,台区“低电压”问题成因分析及措施制定系统的具体运行状况。

     

    Abstract: The causes of low-voltage problems in rural power grids are complex, involving many aspects such as medium-voltage lines, distribution transformer operating conditions, and low-voltage internal wiring. In order to effectively improve the accurate analysis of the low voltage problem in the rural power grid and formulate effective solutions, this paper clarifies the collection platform of the relevant data involved in the analysis system by designing a system for analyzing the causes of low voltage problems and formulating measures. Problem judgment basis and related algorithms. According to the structure of power grid equipment, the process and execution steps of self-service analysis and judgment are formulated at the level of medium voltage line, distribution and transformer operation level, and the level of internal wiring in the station area, which provides a theoretical and technical basis for the realization of the system design algorithm. According to the causes of low voltage problems caused by various factors, the article formulates accurate and effective solutions, and introduces the detailed operation conditions of judging the causes of low voltage problems in the station area and formulating solutions to the problems after the analysis system is online and running with specific examples.
