配电设备异常放电检测装置研制

Study of the Abnormal Discharge Detection Device for Power Distribution Network Equipment

  • 摘要: 目前用于异常放电检测的设备多为紫外成像类仪器,其成本高昂,便携性差,工作环境适用性单一,手持摄像的方式也不适用于配电设备空间狭小、光线昏暗的检测环境,存在视觉盲区,开发一套高效价格低廉的异常放电信号检测装置,利用紫外光探头检测放电过程中产生的紫外光,通过光传导技术、光谱分析技术、光电转换技术、数字转换传输技术等,将传感器采集的光信号,经光电转换为电信号,再经光谱分析及数字转换后,分拣出异常放电信号达到异常放电检测目的。克服使用高成本低适用问题,提高检测安全性、准确性及快速性。

     

    Abstract: At present, most of the devices used for abnormal discharge detection are ultraviolet imaging instruments, which have high cost, poor portability and single applicability in the working environment. The way of handheld camera is not suitable for the power distribution equipment detection environment with narrow space and dim light, and there is a visual blind spot. Develop a set of efficient and low-cost abnormal discharge signal detection device. The ultraviolet light generated in the discharge process is detected by the ultraviolet probe. Through light conduction technology, spectral analysis technology, photoelectric conversion technology and digital conversion transmission technology, the optical signal collected by the sensor is photoelectrically converted into electrical signal, and then the abnormal discharge signal is sorted out after spectral analysis and digital conversion, so as to achieve the purpose of abnormal discharge detection. Overcome the problems of high cost and low applicability, and improve the safety, accuracy and rapidity of detection.
