一种新型立杆工具的研究

Research on a New Tool for Standing up Pole

  • 摘要: 云南省宣威地处小江地震带且冬天有雨雪天气袭扰。对于山地立杆工作的开展,多选用12 m的电杆。12 m的电杆质量为1020 kg。起吊电杆采用动滑轮组,动滑轮组省力一半。起吊时呈三角受力。通过把三角扒杆改进为独角扒杆,能三根主杆变成一根主杆。重量减少2/3。人数减少2/3,安全可靠性大大提高。

     

    Abstract: Xuanwei, Yunnan Province is located in the Xiaojiang earthquake zone and has rainy and snowy weather in winter. 12 m poles are mostly used in mountainous areas. The 12 m pole has a mass of 1020 kg. The movable pulley block is used for lifting the electric pole. The movable pulley block saves half the effort. When lifting, it bears triangular force. By improving the triangular derrick to the single angle derrick, three main poles can be changed into one main pole. The weight is reduced by 2 / 3. The number of people decreased by 2 / 3. The safety and reliability are greatly improved.
