Abstract:
This paper considers the transformation of public utilities services under the background of power market reform. Combined with the actual needs of power sales companies, power generation enterprises and power users, a unified online service platform planning and design is proposed. The high-frequency requirements of various market entities are divided into four functions: enterprise entity management, volume service, business handling and auxiliary analysis, which are gathered on the same platform. The back-end data link is described and the actual benefits that can be obtained by the platform are analyzed.
