一起腐蚀导致隔离开关触头烧蚀事件的分析

Analysis of Ablation of Disconnector Contacts Caused by Corrosion

  • 摘要: 分析了一起腐蚀导致隔离开关触头烧蚀的事件。220 kV某甲线C相合闸不到位,由于三相连杆耐腐蚀性能不足,出现传动卡滞情况,由此产生的发热在正反馈作用下逐步发展,最终导致触头烧蚀情况出现。分析了事故产生的过程,总结了发热的原因为材质和工艺的问题,拐臂、接头材质与铜套之间存在电化学腐蚀。提出了开展温升试验,分析验证导体插入深度的裕度,作为后续工作开展的依据等处理措施。

     

    Abstract: An event of ablation of disconnector contacts caused by corrosion is analyzed. The c-phase closing switch of a 220 kV line is not in place. Due to the insufficient corrosion resistance of the three-phase connecting rod, the transmission is stuck. The resulting heating develops gradually under the action of positive feedback, and finally leads to contact ablation. This paper analyzes the process of the accident and summarizes that the cause of heating is the problem of material and technology. There is electrochemical corrosion between the crank arm, joint material and copper sleeve. Some measures such as carrying out temperature rise test and analyzing and verifying the margin of conductor insertion depth are put forward as the basis for following works.
