Abstract: By comparing the electricity bills generated by the two billing electricity price schemes in the "One Household with Multiple Population" for residential electricity policy for electricity customers under different power consumption intervals, the scheme with less electricity expenditure is the basis of the optimal strategy, and the balance of power consumption is calculated. and help qualified residents to make more scientific power consumption decisions.The analysis of calculation examples verifies the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed method.
