用于接地电阻检测快速布线装置的设计研究

  • 摘要: 从我公司变电站接地电阻测试工作现状出发,针对测试用电流线、电压线布线装置电动化程度低、定位不准、工具丢失等问题,设计一种可实现快速布线的变电站接地电阻测试用电动车。其车身与普通电动车一致,加装置物架用于装载铁桩、铁锤、扳手、手套等工器具;车后座加装收/放线机,在行车过程中可自动快速布线、收线;车载定位计算系统,用于测算布线终点的电流极、电压极和变电站间的位置关系,实用效益显著。

     

    Abstract: Considering the current situation of substation grounding resistance test in our company, aiming at the problems of low electrification of current line and voltage line wiring devices for test, inaccurate positioning and tool loss, an electric vehicle for substation grounding resistance test which can realize fast wiring is designed. Its body is same as ordinary electric vehicles, and a rack is added to load tools and instruments such as iron piles, hammers, wrenches and gloves. The rear seat of the vehicle is equipped with a take-up / pay-off machine, which can automatically and quickly route and take-up during driving. The on-board positioning calculation system is used to calculate the position relationship between the current pole, voltage pole and substation at the wiring end point, and the practical benefit is remarkable.
