Abstract:
In the operation of line shutdown and power restoration in distribution power grid, workers need to climb the pole or use insulating rod on the ground to operate the circuit breaker, disconnector, drop fuse and other electrical equipment with circular operating ring. Since the insulating rods used by our company are assembled and spliced together on site, and the length of the spliced insulating rods is long, it is inconvenient to operate. When operators work on poles and towers, they need to adjust the station position or shorten the distance from live equipment to make it more convenient to operate. There is a risk of electric shock and high falling during personnel displacement. A tool is designed which can reduce the operation time of accurately inserting the insulating rod into the operation ring at long distance and at night, reduce the difficulty of operation, quickly realize the power off and transmission of electrical equipment and improve the reliability of power supply. After the application of this technology, the operation time is significantly shorter than the original insulating rod, especially at night. The accuracy of aligning the insulating rod working head with the circular operating ring has also been greatly improved, which effectively reduces the operation risk of operators.
