Abstract: With the gradual improvement of the enterprise's requirements for trace, the staff of the meter storehouse of the power supply station are required to take photos of the electric energy representation degree of the sorting state of the return belt, and the electric energy meter needs to be powered on and displayed in the process. At the same time, the qualified electric energy meters in the storehouse that need to be powered up and upgraded. On average, the staff in the meter storehouse of the power supply station need to power up a large number of meters every day. The traditional power up mode adopts hand-held alligator clip to power up manually, which has the disadvantages of complex process and electric shock risk, and needs special personnel to be responsible, which seriously affects the work efficiency. Based on the principle of optical path control circuit, an automatic power up instrument is innovated, which greatly don't need disassemble and wiring, reduces potential safety hazards, saves 2/3 of the worktime, shortens the power up and discharge time, saves labors, ensures the fast and safe power up of electric energy meter, and effectively improves the work efficiency.
