煤矿井下供电监测系统设计

Design of Underground Power Supply Monitoring System in Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 设计的煤矿井下供电监测系统包括井下监控分站、地面监控主站和通信系统三个重点部分。系统通过单片机技术采集井下设备状态参数,各监控分站通过485总线接收终端设备传送的数据,并将其传输至地面,利用光纤技术接入数据服务器。由于系统控制信号的传输方向与接入的数据传输方向相反,可以使用Modbus-TCP协议转换就可以实现在TCP/IP网络上运行,从而完成井下供电监测系统技术的试验。不仅可适应井下复杂环境,并有效地对煤矿井下供电系统实施实时监测和控制,以保障煤矿安全生产。

     

    Abstract: With the improvement of coal mine information and automation, the scale of coal mine power supply network is expanding, and reliable power supply and distribution system is the basic element to ensure the safety of coal mine production. The underground power supply monitoring system in this paper includes three key parts: underground monitoring sub-station, ground monitoring main station and communication system. The system collects the state parameters of underground equipment through single chip microcomputer technology, and each monitoring sub-station receives the data transmitted by terminal equipment through 485 bus, transmits it to the ground, and uses optical fiber technology to connect to the data server. Since the transmission direction of the system control signal is opposite to the access data transmission direction, the modbus-tcp protocol conversion can be used to realize the operation on the tcp/ip network, thus completing the test of the downhole power supply monitoring system technology. It can not only adapt to the complex underground environment, but also effectively monitor and control the underground power supply system in coal mine, and also ensure the safety of coal mine production.
