  • 摘要: 继电保护在电网的安全、稳定运行中起着极其重要的作用。二次系统检修工作稍有差错,可能对电力系统运行造成非常严重的影响。讲述一起110 kV主变低压侧故障案例,通过报文、波形、理论论证等方式客观阐述了事故发生原因,对事故中10 kV备自投动作异常行为进行深入分析,提出要让备自投装置逻辑所须开入与操作箱开出相匹配,在消除缺陷的同时,还需要对同期建设的变电站进行排查,加强图纸管理、加强对施工单位技术人员的培训等整改方案。

     

    Abstract: Relay protection plays an extremely important role in the safe and stable operation of power grid. Minor errors in the maintenance of the secondary system may have a very serious impact on the operation of the power system. This paper describes a fault case at the low voltage side of 110 kV main transformer, objectively expounds the causes of the accident through message, waveform and theoretical demonstration, deeply analyzes the abnormal action of 10 kV backup automatic switching in the fault, and puts forward that the logic input of backup automatic switching device should match the output of operation box. While eliminating defects, it is also necessary to check the substations built in the same period, strengthen drawing management, strengthen the training of technicians of the construction unit and other rectification schemes.
