  • 摘要: 通过分析一起10 kV线路发生的重复接地故障,检修人员对该线路所有杆塔展开拉网式排查。发现A相支柱绝缘子发生了倾斜,线路施工时支柱绝缘子固定螺帽没有固定牢固,受地势原因13号杆比其两侧的电杆低,在导线热胀冷缩的影响下,气温高时导线的弧垂增大,绝缘子发生倾斜,导线对横担安全距离不够,找出故障原因,消除事故隐患,并提出严格把控施工质量,加强施工工程质量管理等防范措施。

     

    Abstract: By analyzing a repeated grounding fault of 10 kV line, the company immediately organized personnel to inspect all poles and towers of the line. It is found that the A phase post insulator is inclined, and the post insulator fixing nut is not fixed firmly during line construction. Due to the terrain, pole 13 is lower than the poles on both sides. Under the influence of thermal expansion and cold contraction of conductor, when the temperature is high, the sag of conductor increases, the insulator tilts, and the safe distance between conductor and cross arm is not enough. Find out the causes of faults, eliminate potential accidents, and put forward preventive measures such as strictly controlling construction quality and strengthening construction project quality management.
