GW16-252型隔离开关合闸缺陷处理分析

The Analysis of Defect of GW16-252 Disconnector Closing

  • 摘要: GW16-252型隔离开关在国家电网系统中大量投产,受设备运行环境、设备材质、设计结构等种种因素影响,GW16-252型隔离开关暴露出了一定的问题。对一起典型隔离开关合闸缺陷进行分析研究,提出直接解体上导电杆更换顶杆,或通过调节支撑瓷瓶来处理,但在时间有限或者紧急消缺的情况下,可将滚轮更换为相同材质的小号滚轮,消除此缺陷,为日后设备检修提供参考。

     

    Abstract: GW16-252 disconnector has been used in the State Grid system. Affected by various factors such as equipment operation environment, equipment material and design structure, GW16-252 disconnector has exposed some problems. The defect of a typical disconnector closing is analyzed and studied. It is proposed to directly disassemble the upper conductive rod and replace the top rod, or deal with it by adjusting the supporting porcelain bottle. However, in case of limited time or emergency defect elimination, the roller can be replaced with small roller of the same material to eliminate this defect and provide reference for equipment maintenance in the future.
