带水平度控制的变电站设备机构箱运维工具设计

Design of Substation Equipment Mechanism Box which Can Control The Levelness

  • 摘要: 针对近年来变电站传统断路器、隔离开关等电气设备逐步面临更新换代,需要对电气设备的机构箱进行拆装更换操作,以往进行机构箱更换或日常检修的工作中,使用传统人工抬高或堆叠方式安装一台机构箱需要至少4名作业人员配合,费时费力还具有一定的危险性,设计一种带水平度控制的变电站设备机构箱,该工具的特点在于其为智能控制自动操作,具备四角水平度监测功能,体积小、质量轻、支持自动升降功能,采用履带式移动且移动平稳不损伤电力设备,方便装箱,操作简便,并且取得了较好的应用效果。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, the traditional breaker and switch in substation are face to renew and replace. So the electric equipment mechanism box need to be dismantled and replaced. Formerly, the mechanism box replacement needs four workers to cooperate by manual. It wastes time and energy and It's dangerous. Design a substation equipment mechanism box which can control the levelness. It's an intelligent device with four corner levelness monitoring function. It's small size and light weight. It supports automatic lifting. It adopts crawler-type lifting and easy to install. It's easy to operate and obtains good application results.
