一种10 kV并网电厂数据直采并安全接入调度系统方案

One Kind of Programs of Direct Data Collection and Access to the Dispatching System of the Power Plant on Grid

  • 摘要: 针对小水电厂站等非统调电源运行数据缺失的问题,利用经济实用的雾节点主机实现对10 kV并网电厂电力电量数据的采集,再租用电信运营商VPN网络经过纵向加密装置把采集的电厂数据通过IEC-104协议方式安全送到调度主站安全接入区,最后将这些信息转化为E文件由隔离传输软件翻越反向隔离装置传至调度自动化监控系统,完成对电厂电力电量数据的安全采集,全面提高数据的完整性和准确性。

     

    Abstract: This article is aimed at the problem that there is no operation datas of the small hydropower stations which are uncontrolled. Use the economical and practical fog node host to collect the electricity datas of the 10kV power plants on grid. Then by renting VPN net of the telecom operators send the datas to the plant dispatching center security access area based on IEC-104 protocol through vertical encryption devices. At last transform these information into E-files and send to dispatching automatic system overturning reverse isolation devices by isolated transmission software. Complete the plant electricity datas collection. The completeness and accuracy of the data are improved comprehensively.
