Abstract: Now the mechanical lock and electronic lock are used for avoiding opening the door of the the high voltage meterage cabinet by someone. The security is low. For the convenience of the daily work, the Keys or the passwords are same in an area. Occasionally the key or the password are copied. This article study one kind of security management system of the high voltage meterage cabinet electriferous locking. Through authorization management, data encryption and record management to realize the security management of the meterage cabinet. To avoiding opening the door of the the high voltage meterage cabinet by someone who want to do some works without authorization the electriferous display and the intelligent lock are logically binded. The locks are always opened after the electricity test. At the same time the position record function of the system based on the intelligence devices is developed. The workers can use the navigator to the work place quickly and accurately. The working efficiency is raised.
