虚实结合的500 kV智能变电站一键顺控联合验收平台研究与应用

Study and Application of One key Instantaneous Control and Test and Acceptance Platform for 500 kV Intelligence Substation Which is Virtual-Actual

  • 摘要: 一键顺控技术在近几年在变电站得到了蓬勃发展,但是受制于停电计划和停电窗口,验收进度滞后,制约了推进速度。文章在某500 kV智能变电站一键顺控系统技术改造过程中,基于MMS仿真测试系统与图像识别系统线下组网和研制刀闸姿态模拟器,构建了虚实结合的500 kV智能变电站一键顺控联合验收平台,不依赖于停电实际传动,取得了和停电实际传动同样的验收效果效果,大大缩短了验收时间。

     

    Abstract: The technology of one key instantaneous control is developping in recent years. But the power off plan and time windows are limited. The test and acceptance is delayed. In this paper in technological transformation for one 500kV intelligence substation one key instantaneous control system, based on MMS simulation test system, image recognition system and disconnector simulator, the one key instantaneous control and test and acceptance platform for 500kV intelligence substation which is Virtual-Actual is setup. The test and acceptance is same without poweroff and the time is reduced significantly.
