Abstract: The intelligent energy management and control platform can collect energy information based on advanced power perception system, and achieve energy-saving and efficient management effect through comprehensive energy assessment and reasonable regulation of the platform. Based on the BOLL statistical model, this paper develops statistical calculations for the unique scenes of smart energy management and control platform, and presents the BOLL statistical model of conventional analog signal in electric power energy with examples, which can show the reasonable range and future development trend of electric power data in a more concrete and vivid way.
