基于茶机电路优化改善三相不平衡的方法

Study of the Method based on Optimization and Improvement of Tea Making Machinery Lines Three Phase Unbalance

  • 摘要: 在茶叶产区,大功率制茶机械三相负荷不平衡会导致其中某相电路电流异常偏高,大电流会引起线路设备发热,轻则烧坏表计、低压线路,重则烧坏配电柜、配电变压器引起火灾造成财产损失,危害人身安全。基于此,对开展大功率制茶机械三相负荷线路优化改造,对电路接线方式进行优化,使三相负荷平均分配到三相,解决了茶叶产区三相负荷不平衡问题。

     

    Abstract: In tea producing areas, one phrase current will be increased when the three phase loads of high power tea making machinery is imbalance. The large current can make the power lines heat. At least, the meter and low-voltage line are burned out, and at worst, the distribution cabinet and distribution transformer are burned out, resulting in fire and property loss and endangering personal safety. Because of this, this paper studies the method of optimization and transformation of three-phase load circuit of high-power tea making machinery. Then the three-phase load is evenly distributed to three phases, which solves the problem of three-phase load imbalance in tea producing areas.
