具有电磁平衡功能的抗干扰零序电流互感器的设计与制造

Design and Manufacture of Zero Sequence Current Transformer With Electromagnetic Balance Function

  • 摘要: 针对当前电力系统中电压输出的小信号零序电流互感器在受到外部干扰及互感器残余电压较高,造成导致零序电流互感器输出“失真”继而影响继电保护装置失准的问题。提供了一种具备强抗干扰能力、在复杂电磁环境下能够准确测量的零序电流互感器的实施方案。通过主绕组分段绕制与平衡绕组技术组合,平衡铁芯内磁场;使用硅钢片作为屏蔽层材料,对互感器内外上下各方位进行屏蔽层,对外磁场进行电磁屏蔽,解决零序电流互感器在穿心一次导体位置差异和邻近电流、或周边导体等多场源环境中,所受电磁场干扰导致零序电流互感器输出“失真”继而影响继电保护装置失准的设计问题。

     

    Abstract: To the question that the output distortion of zero sequence current transformer makes the relay protection equipments inaccurate, the zero sequence current transformer which is jamproof and can measure accurately under the complex electromagnetic environment. The electromagnetic in iron core is balanced by burning the main winding and balance winding. Use the silicon steel sheets as shielding layer of the transformer to shield the out electromagnetic interference. Then the problem that the output distortion of zero sequence current transformer makes the relay protection equipments inaccurate caused by the different positions of the primary conductor in the core of the zero sequence current transformer and the closed electromagnetic field Source is solved.
