Abstract: For increasing the efficiency of rush repair and improving the user's energy use experience, the unstoppable power supply meter is used to improve the rush repair.After using the changing meter tools without poweroff, the pedestals site installed fix the in-out lines of original meter. So when changing the power meter, it don't need to assemble and disassemble the in-out lines.
