电网全景化EMS的发展及展望

The Development Status of Power Grid Panoramic EMS and the Study of Its Function Application

  • 摘要: 文章结合电网调度自动化系统发展历程、当前电网运行需求和新技术应用下,分析了传统EMS的局限性,包括缺乏新技术的兼容能力,系统固化、难于开发新功能等。文章重点介绍全景化EMS的组成及构架,全景化EMS通过可缩放矢量图形(SVG)、公共信息模型(CIM)、可扩展标记语言(XML),数据支持平台等技术,实现电力网全网源端的一次维护,从主网到配网,均可在调度侧实现全景视图展示,并举例说明全景化EMS在调度运维中的应用效果。文章最后对全景化EMS的未来发展、功能扩展进行展望。

     

    Abstract: Based on the development histroy of the automation of power system dispatching, the current demand of power system operation and the new technology application, this artical analyses the limitations of the traditional EMS, including the insufficiency compatibility of new technology and the difficulity of its updating etc. This artical focuses on the composition and structure of the panoramic EMS. Based on the new techonlogies of Scalable Vector Graphics(SVG), Common Information Model(CIM), Extensible Markup Language(XML) and data support platform ect, the panoramic EMS has only one model sourse and the main power grid and the distribution power grid are both visualized in the Dispatching center.There are some examples of the applications of the panoramic EMS in dispatching operation.At the end of this artical the author looks to the future of the panoramic EMS and its function extensions.
